If you are a cilantro fan, you will be pleasantly surprised with the intense flavor in these tiny, delicate stems! It really doesn’t take much to add a nice flair to your meals. Plus, if you are a chef, the smaller size saves you some valuable knife time!
Cilantro microgreens are a great source of Vitamin K – vital for kidney function – plus Vitamins A, B-Complex, C, and E. They also contain essential minerals like copper, potassium, and manganese, as well as high levels of lutein and zeaxanthin for eye health, and three times more carotenoids than mature cilantro.
